Douwe Lycklama (founding partner) is thought leader in payments, digital identity and b2b transactions. Much of his work takes place at crossroads of business challenges, technological possibilities and regulatory developments, for clients from the financial industry, governments and corporates.
Today’s attention area’s include the API economy for the e-commerce and financial sector, cryptotechnologies, infrastructures (cards, SEPA – instant payments), digital identity and supply chain finance. Regulatory topics include PSD2, eIDAS and the EBA Guidelines for the Security of Internet payments. Overall passion: strategic developments and innovation in two sided markets.
Chris Jones, Director, with over 16 years’ experience working for PSE Consulting and Accenture. Chris has worked across the telecoms and payments industry helping develop innovative product strategies. He has worked across Europe for major institutions assessing topics such as: mobile NFC payments, virtual prepaid products, mPOS, credit transfer payments at the POS, omni-channel transaction handling, and tablet based POS. Chris has recently completed assignments looking at: in-store mobile acceptance and pay-at-table technologies, the roll out of next generation tablet POS to the SMB community, the development of MNO NFC products, and the evolution of the bank account payments intermediary model.
Márk Hetényi was born in 1974. He obtained his diplomas in the U.S., at Santa Clara University and at Georgetown University. He started his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers, and then also worked at Deloitte. He was acting as the Regional Financial Director at Flextronics International from 2005. He resigned from his Vice Chairman and Director position in February 2015 to take his current position as the Deputy Chief Executive for Finance and Operations at MKB Bank.
Management of MKB Bank decided to strengthen its position in retail banking sector, and be the first digital bank in Hungary. In order to achieve these goals, Mr. Hetenyi was nominated as a Deputy CEO responsible for Retail and Digital Banking.
Kurt Andersen holds more than 30 years of experience within the payments industry – on a wide range of business and technical areas across Europe. Through varies roles he has been involved with European domestic Debit card schemes, Store cards and Loyalty, Prepaid card systems, Retail Loyalty on Chip cards, Card management and transaction authorization systems, International transaction processing, Brand management and Card Association Membership schemes. Assignments as an independent Consultant range from Strategy discussions on Payment Cards – to the preparation and management of several RFI/RFP processes on processing services related to payment cards.
Zsombor Imre is a management consulting professional with e-business, fintech and payments specialization. He is founder, executive or board member of a number of companies. He benefits from previous work experience gained at Citibank, KPMG and Wizz Air. Zsombor holds MSc degrees in Finance and TTC, attended the CEMS Master in International Management programme and PhD studies in Finance. He has international project experience from 15 countries, gained numerous professional awards; he is a sought-after speaker. Zsombor served as the chairman of EPCA, the European Payments Consulting Association in 2014. He is a co-founder at CEE FinTech.
