Partner

Zsombor is a management consulting professional with a specialization in e-business, fintech and payments. He is a founder, executive or board member of a number of companies. He holds MSc degrees in Finance and TTC, attended the CEMS Master in International Management programme and PhD studies in Finance. Zsombor has diverse work experience to draw on, gained at Citibank, KPMG and Wizz Air as well as having international project experience from 15 countries. He also won numerous professional awards; and he is a sought-after speaker. Zsombor served as the chairman of EPCA, the European Payments Consulting Association in 2014.

Advisor, investor, change-maker, service designer and community builder - Antonia is passionate about growing companies. She started her carrier in McKinsey&Co and have experience in both corporate and start-up sectors in B2B solutions and ICT, Banking/Fintech and Energy Sectors. Antonia’s approach to scale-up companies is to build the business flows to support product validation and growth. Fundraising, market expansion and exit are processes we approach in a lean way, where strategy is validated and finetuned overtime for optimal results.

Social Impact

Over the years we have supported with our work (professional and volunteer) vast amount of initiatives, non-profits and companies. We ran a youth enrtepreurship education for 5 years with over 300 students and over 100 mentors.

Each year we select a beneficiary partner to support, latest in 2020 we have supported our colleagues’ foundation Africa Another Way

During COVID-19 we launched SME Survival Webinar series (linked), managed our partner network to secure mask production for the Maltese’s.

Environmental Impact

In our operational advisory work we are advocates of digitalisation, process optimisation and automation, which greatly reduces our clients environmental impact. We also work with cutting edge Smart Energy startups/scale-ups, with certified positive environmental footprint. We protect nature in our own operations with fully digital office and we love to spend our time in the great outdoors.
